Louise was very pleasant, helpful and informative and a great sense of humor. I am sorry that I can’t remember the young man’s name that met us at your office when we left but he too was very helpful and pleasant, we thought that we might be a bit late getting to airport but he made sure that everything was done correct and quickly and he had us at the airport in plenty of time. We had no trouble with the car and it was the right type of vehicle for the roads.
You have a beautiful country with beautiful people, the whole experience was wonderful and Mapache Rent a Car ® contributed to it immensely; we’ll be back and we’ll be calling you!!!
