I was in Costa Rica Feb 3 - 7. My first trip there from the US. I had a very pleasant experience with Mapache. The car was clean and ready to go. The staff was very helpful in giving me directions to my destination at Lake Arenal and programming my GPS. The car worked perfectly the whole trip. The Mapache crew met me at my ship in peurto caldera and took care of everything. I would highly recommend your company.

	Javier, Our experience with Mapache Rent A Car was very positive. We were picked up from our hotel in Alajuela and taken to the rental place. The paperwork was prepared when we arrived and we were given a map and instructions. The car drove really well and was in excellent condition. It handled the torrential rains and the mountain roads. In addition, we rented a cellular phone. This was used when we lost our way to the hotel. We were fortunate to have it. When we returned the car, we were greeted with respect and treated very professionally. The price was competitive and the service was superb. Mapache returned us to our hotel. He oriented us nicely to the area with a map and instructions on how to get to the grocery store and some restaurants. He also thoroughly explained the vehicle and sent us on our way. (Our vehicle was well maintained and clean.)

	Hello Mr. Andrade Gonzalez We had a very good experience with Mapache. The car was adequat, the people friendly and the rental procedures easy. The only minor problem we faced, was the fact that our airplane was late, and we had not been adviced about the fact, that there is no Mapache desk right at the San Jose airport. We consequently didn't know where to go, until a friendly airport staff explained us how Mapache works and called one of your agents. Some more information for customers about how to reach you in case of a late flight might be useful. As I already mentioned, that was a minor issue. Thank you for the wonderful experience with car rental on our recent trip to Costa Rica. This was our first trip as a couple outside of the USA, with our children, and you can bet we were a little nervous. In making the reservation, I actually got a personal phone call from Mr. Andrade to help me with arrangements. He recommended that we have the car delivered in the afternoon, to save us a little money, and so we could rest after the long flight. After we arrived, the car was delivered at exactly the time scheduled...3:00 pm on the dot! We were assured that if anything went wrong (which it didn't, that we could call anytime, and we believed it!). When we had to go home, we were greated at the Mapache return and driven to the airport. The car, itself, was in wonderful condition, and we had no problems, whatsoever. My husband and I wanted to support a "local" company and we are so glad that we chose Mapache. I would recommend their services to anyone visiting Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Nous avons été TRÈS SATISFAITS des services de Mapache, voici quelques détails :

1. Le prix de la location convenu avant notre arrivée était le même que celui que nous avons payé : aucune mauvaise surprise.

2. Le prix de la location était très très bon.

3. Le véhicule que nous avons loué était en parfaite condition.

4. Le personnel de Mapache était sympathique, courtois et serviable (simpatico, cortés y útil?).

5. Même si nous n'en avons pas eu besoin, les services de Mapache étaient nombreux : cellulaire, gps, possibilité de laisser la voiture à un autre comptoir Mapache (exemple : à Liberia), etc.

6. C'était notre troisième voyage au Costa Rica et c'était la troisième fois que nous avions un véhicule loué pour nous déplacer. En 2010, c'était la première fois avec Mapache et c'est avec Mapache que nous avons eu la meilleure expérience.
