We provide safety devices such as baby seats, boosters, coolers, walkers, canes, and wheelchairs for elderly passengers or in case of emergency, as well as updated GPS service and Wi-Fi (Mi-Fi), with annualized rates. All these additional services must be requested at the time of booking the vehicle, as they are subject to availability.

We provide Insurance Policies

We offer Elite coverage that ensures uninterrupted travel, as well as basic insurance included in annualized rates. We rely on our insurance provider to handle roadside assistance and incidents quickly and efficiently.
For your convenience and benefit, we offer a variety of insurance coverage options: Basic C.D.W. Coverage (mandatory) and Elite Coverage (additional).
Basic Insurance is mandatory to drive the vehicle in Costa Rica, and its price is set according to the vehicle category. This is a basic amount that covers material damages, as well as injury or death to third parties. The deductible covers damages to the rented vehicle exceeding the established amount according to the vehicle category. In the event of material damages to third parties, the deductible for this concept is 20% of the total damages caused.
In addition to the C.D.W. insurance, we offer the Zero Deductible Additional Coverage for our corporate clients over 25 years old, at a cost of USD $12.00 per day for 5-passenger vehicles or USD $25.00 for minibuses.
This Additional Coverage applies to clients with an open credit line (purchase order) and must be requested both in the reservation and in the purchase order.
